FIERY TEXAS-STYLE CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

(TOTAL COOK TIME 2 HOURS)

INGREDIENTS FOR 6-8 SERVINGS

THE MEAT

8 whole chicken drumsticks

THE SAUCE

Butter – 1 tablespoon

1 clove garlic, minced

Brown sugar - ⅓ cup

Tomato ketchup – 1 cup

Fresh lemon juice – ¼ cup

Worcestershire sauce - ⅓ cup

Cayenne pepper – ¼ teaspoon

1 canned chipotle chile, minced

Salt and black pepper

THE SMOKE

When ready to cook, preheat smoker grill with the lid open until the fire is established. The grill should be heated to approximately 300°F (150°C)
